1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Swedish law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Initiating a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by contacting our customer service team. Please provide your name, address, order number, and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the agreement.

3. Return Conditions

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for returning the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the return is due to our error or the goods are faulty
  •  All returns should be sent to our company’s address; Bures Gat 26 lgh 1105, 21531, Malmo.

4. Refunds

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
  • We will process the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive faulty or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including reimbursement for return shipping costs.
