9.2 During the Warranty Period, Nzuri will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product or part at no charge, provided the product is returned, transportation prepaid, to the Company.

9.3 This warranty does not cover:

a. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence.

b. Normal wear and tear.

c. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

d. Damage caused by accidents, fire, or natural disasters.

9.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
